Staff was amazing even 30 minutes before closing time, got a pizza and salad. The calexico pizza and Greek salad were both exceptional. Pizza was spicy with all the jalapeños and the salad had fresh flavors with a good vinaigrette dressing. Red velvet dessert was mid but it might just be me. Loved the marionberry drink.
VEGAN PIZZA OPTIONS! Being able to stop through and get a pizza FAST that has vegan cheese and vegan sausage plus all the other crazy toppings is amazing. If my job buys pizza for everyone I end up getting left out. Having the ability to get my own personal pizza from here has been a game changer! The orders have also been accurate every time(which a lot of places mess up). I highly recommend MOD, especially for vegan/vegetarian options!
Just recently tried MOD Pizza for the first time. It was pretty good. The concept is pretty similar to Chipotle, where you pick out your ingredients and the worker puts together your pizza, then they stick it in a wood fired oven. The interior was spacious and clean. The girl at the counter wasn't very friendly and seemed to be in a rush, which was weird because it was almost empty. My Mom got a Margherita type pizza and loved it, my Dad got a Hawaiian. I got a custom one where I added BBQ sauce, pineapple, red onion and cheese. It was really good. I'd come back if I'm in the San Tan Village Area.
MY TASTE BUDS ARE DANCING ! My favorite thing about Mod is you can build your own pizza. If you want extra pepperoni, just ask! Extra veggies, just ask! I never feel embarrassed to ask for more of an item since the staff is always so nice. The toppings are so fresh and the pizza dough is so flavorful! I love the crispness of the pizza (I always ask for extra crispy). They also make the pizzas very fast! The interior is super cute and makes it feel like you're at home with all the pictures! It is always very clean inside! The pizza is a great price in my onion for the quality of pizza and the unlimited toppings!
We are MOD fans and this was our first time to this location. Ordered online and that was problematic, but once we got beyond the discount code that wasn't working even though it had just been texted to me, the rest of the experience was positive. The order was completed as requested and it was ready at the designated pick up time. Walked in, grabbed our order, and went home to enjoy. It was good, as we expected!
The wood-oven-fired crust is light and delicious, the price & service always great. The array of unlimited toppings offers fresh cheeses, greens, roasted veggies, and many meat to choose from. All pies are made fresh to order. Sizes range from 6" to 11". Both time I've eaten here, I ended up with the same thing! The Caspian Pizza & added their fig glaze. It's got mozzarella, gorgonzola, bbq chicken, barbecue sauce, sliced red onions. Unique & delicious! My husband got the Dillion James with extra garlic! It has mozzarella, asiago, fresh chopped basil, garlic, sliced tomatoes, red sauce. Perfectly hearty and flavorful. Additionally, on the menu they have many healthy salad choices and you can even build your own. They've also got a cheesy garlic pie with your choice of dipping sauce-red sauce, pesto, ranch or sri-rancha. For something sweet there is a dessert that looks like a ding dong decked out. It's a small chocolate cake with a rich vanilla buttercream center, covered with a silky chocolaty glaze. We really enjoy this place. It's extremely convenient and a super-fast pizza experience.
